The Cheltenham Mobile Crèche Service is a social enterprise business,committed to improving the community by allowing opportunities for training, parent support and employment.

 The Mobile Crèche has been set up to benefit the community of Cheltenham by 

• Providing employment for child carers of Gloucestershire.

• Providing training for new child carers, and to improve the qualifications and experience of existing staff.

• Providing additional staff to cover sickness and holidays within other settings.

• Providing crèche facilities within a venue chosen by the requesting organisation (client), to enable events that benefit the
   community, such as support groups, training, conferences, workshops.

The Cheltenham Mobile Crèche Service Ltd will not be run in order to make its founders, managers and operators rich.
 But will charge sufficient to cover operational costs and Pay a reasonable wage,to reflect the value of the workers, and the 
importance of providing top quality child care. Any incidental profit will be put back into the community in a number of ways by 
providing subsidised crèches for poorly funded organisations or making a gift to the community.
